Hosted by Don Windle, former Texas judge, NO HATE RADIO exists at the intersection of law, social justice, and public policy. We discuss a wide range of topics while firmly rejecting hate. Guests from various walks of life share their insights, challenging the "us versus them" mentality and fostering understanding. Recorded in St. Petersburg, Florida, this podcast welcomes different perspectives in its quest to understand the human experience more deeply by asking “why” and “what are we going to do about it.” Tune in as we seek to build a more inclusive world.

While we often name the injustices we see, the guiding principle of NO HATE RADIO is embodied in its name: hate is unequivocally excluded from the platform in any form. This rule underscores Don's dedication to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment for all discussions and interactions on the show. We will not perpetuate hate.

WHY?

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?

No Stranger to the Rain

NO HATE RADIO's theme song, No Stranger to the Rain, is a song about life, a song about living it. It's a song about trying to be who we are in the middle of a world that generally doesn’t always favor who we are, and doesn't always treat us like we have the right to be who we are. In order to get there, we're going to keep begging, stealing, and borrowing a little sunshine.

The version of No Stranger to the Rain you hear on NO HATE RADIO was performed by Dylan Dames

Don Windle

Host and Founder

Don (he/him/his) is the founder and host of No Hate Radio, a platform that reflects his extensive background as a career jurist, attorney, advocate, and avid aviator. His commitment to equality and the pursuit of justice and fairness is evident in both societal and individual communications and interactions. Don, a relative newcomer to Florida, hails from a long line of Texans, with seven generations preceding him in Texas.  Don’s formal education was obtained at University of North Texas, Texas Tech University Law, National Judicial College, and Air Command and Staff College. His life education was obtained largely from the times he was “no stranger to the rain”
He now resides in St. Petersburg, Florida, with his wife Bobbie and their dog, Dollie. Don's vision for No Hate Radio is to establish a forum for thoughtful dialogue and discussion, offering a space for free expression of beliefs and perspectives that influence people's lives. This initiative aims to address issues that either create division and competition among people or, conversely, promote inclusion, acceptance, and mutual respect. Central to his approach is the thoughtful consideration of others' ideas and beliefs.
